The project aims to take advantage of the unique character of the site, where the valleys of the Indre and Loire merge for a few kilometers before becoming one. It is the distinctive landscape of the Indre’s shingles combined with that of the Loire Valley. The challenge is to appreciate this landscape by elevating the observer's gaze. The project serves as a kind of factory, intended for both seeing and being seen, an architectural element that serves the landscape. The project has two contrasting facets: a sky project for viewing the landscape and a ground project for experiencing it. A volume emerges from the alluvial forest to see beyond. The ground project consists of a series of humble yet valuable micro-interventions—small considerations that are minimally visible and have low environmental impact, but provide maximum usage benefits: a bench in front of an opening in the forest, a small dock, a staircase to access a fishing spot.
