At the heart of the project is the desire to install a rain grove in the inner block that the architectural and urban project creates. Upright trees are planted in a square arrangement, defining a circular hollow that collects rainwater from the roofs and allows it to infiltrate. The grove is framed by a continuous hedge of hornbeam, 1.2 meters high. The internal street, a transitional space for residents between the public and private domains, is enhanced by large beds of bushy roses.
