The ambition of our project is to assemble the overall design, both within itself and with its environment. Intimately linked to the architectural project, it incorporates its forms and regulatory layouts while weaving connections beyond the site.
The landscape project aims to be simple in its form and materiality to clarify and define structuring open spaces, find a relational balance with the natural terrain, create transparencies at the site scale, and logically organize the different entities of the service hub. To the south, an orchard-parking area gently guides visitors by geometrically correcting the alignment between the street and the main building through a radiating planting scheme. To the north, grassy terraces make the slope a functional extension of the program. This undulation of the ground creates a smooth transition between the level of the facility and that of the community gardens we are preserving to the north of the site.
